A Rose From ‘You’

I have been longing for a Rose from you.
Waiting and waiting my eyes have gone blue.

Deep inside my Heart.
I still have a hope.
Maybe one day you will realize.
And come to me with a rose to mend my broken heart.

Somewhere in my heart.
Somewhere behind my smile.
I still have the pain.
Even though there is no gain.

My lips still love to say your name.
Maybe, for you, it’s too lame.

I still feel, maybe one day you will come to me with a rose in hand.
And will hold me tight and take me to our dreamland.

Every day I can buy myself a Rose.
But it’s gonna be as feeling less as a manikin.

Moving ahead in my life.
I may get many people who would gift me roses of different colors.
But, for me, it’s gonna be as colorless as water.
Since for you, I don’t matter.
